Welcome to the Avtomats In Action website. We are a small group of students, shooters and firearms collectors who wish to share information and appreciation of the Avtomat Kalashnikov with fellow enthusiasts around the world. This website was created in 1999 to investigate and document the development of the Kalashnikov series from a historical, technical and artistic point of view. As an ongoing project, we invite all visitors to contribute to our growing database.
You can of course contact us via e-mail if you have any questions or comments concerning the history of Kalashnikov rifle, or you wish to contribute in any way towards the creation of a complete and accurate record of AK history. I can be reached at tantal@sbcglobal.net

Unfortunately, Avtomats-in-Action.com closed the products and sales section of this website three years ago due to health issues. I want to thank the shooting and collecting community for the great customer support we received over the many years! Thank you very much!

If you find that any items that you own the rights to are posted here against your wishes, please e-mail me at tantal@sbcglobal.net and I will immediately remove them from the site. My goal is to share interesting images with other collectors, not to misuse copyright materials.
